CO₂-Driven Water Treatment: Pilot-Scale Demonstration at the Allentown Wastewater Treatment Plant

Carbon dioxide-driven water treatment has been funded by Lehigh’s National Science Foundation Accelerating Research Translation program with 24 months of Seed Translational Research Projects funding. The project has made steady progress in the lab-scale and has improved upon our baseline performance prior to the start of the STRP project. However, it has taken time to progress through the lab-scale, and we need the pilot-scale demonstration to translate the technology to industry. The purpose of this project is to continue the STRP funding and perform the full duration of the pilot-scale demonstration at the Allentown Wastewater Treatment Plant.
